Berakah Christian International Ministries

We are a vibrant and born again church that seeks to passionately pursue God's presence and share His love with the world. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives, bring healing, and ignite a fervent faith in Jesus Christ. Our church is a place of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth where individuals experience the fullness of God's grace and be empowered to live out their calling.

We are rooted in the teachings of the Bible and believe in the fullness of the Holy Spirit's presence and work and also affirm the fundamental tenets of Christian faith, including the Trinity, the divinity of Jesus Christ, salvation through faith alone, the resurrection, and the importance of living a life in accordance with God's Word.

We embrace the biblical understanding of spiritual gifts and the operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, healing, and other manifestations recorded in the New Testament as well as prioritize the cultivation of a personal relationship with God and rely on the Holy Spirit's guidance, empowering us to live out the abundant life that Christ has promised.

Our Worship

Our worship services are vibrant and expressive, creating an atmosphere where individuals can encounter the presence of God. We believe in offering our heartfelt praise and worship, lifting our voices in adoration, and creating space for the Holy Spirit to move freely. Our services are designed to engage the congregation in passionate worship, dynamic preaching, and fervent prayer.

Our Community

Community is at the heart of our church. We aim to create a loving and welcoming environment where all individuals, regardless of their background, can come together to grow in their faith and build meaningful connections. We offer various ministries and small groups that cater to different ages and interests, providing opportunities for fellowship, discipleship, and mutual support.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to lead people into a quality relationship with Jesus Christ and empower them to impact the world. We are committed to equipping individuals with biblical teaching, relevant resources and a supportive community that enables personal and spiritual growth. We strive to make a positive difference in our local community and beyond by sharing God's love through various outreach and mission initiatives.

Our History

“And on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the valley of Berakah; for there they blessed the LORD: therefore, the name of the same place was called, The valley of Berakah, unto this day.” 2 Chronicles 20:26.

Berakah, was founded by Pastor Sabu Cherian in November 2017 after he was inspired by the voice he heard from the Holy Spirit to raise a new generation in the Middle East for the glory of the Kingdom of the Lord after he had fasted and prayed for 21 days.

As we read in the Book of Acts 9:31, Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied, the undeniable favour of God has been evident through the growth church which was started with less than 50 people and now have over 100 members.

Our Pastors

Pastor Sabu Cherian

Our Senior Pastor Sabu Cherian, an engineer by profession has been working in Abu Dhabi since 2003. He had a passion for the ministry and took up the role of a minister of God heading Berakah

He is a song writer and composer and have composed several well loved Christian devotional songs which have been a blessing to many souls and continues to touch many hearts around the world. He puts God first in his life which has enabled him to be a blessing for many.

Pastor Sabu Cherian is married to Sister Rani, and they have a son and a daughter.

Pastor Brite Abraham

Pastor Brite Abraham anchors the English Worship and is married to Sister Betcy, and they have two sons.

Pastor Lenish Rajan

Pastor Lenish Rajan anchors the camp ministry and is married to Sister Liji, and they have a son and a daughter.
